If you are here reading this because you want a 180-degree life-changing with NoFap and you’ll achieve all your goals through it, I’m sorry but I gotta tell you is not gonna change just because you stop PMO, you gotta work hard, nevertheless is gonna give you energy and inner peace, to make more joyful the time spent.

If you wanna know about the things that I’ve been through, here I give you the link:

Ok, with all the things told, let’s start.

When I stopped fapping, day one was easy, because I was able to retain myself for about 1 or 2 days, on the first day, I felt good, and on the second day, I searched a question that every guy in his life has done to himself. Is it bad to masturbate?
So searching for the answer, I found a lot of answers so differents, ones told me it was good, others bad, some of them said it wouldn’t have any change, but then I found a video that started everything:

I was so shocked about it, and finally, I started this journey, but, why did I begin this journey? Because I wasn’t happy with my thoughts, I was always overthinking, stressed, and anxious, I wanted to stop.
The first week was easy, even though the thoughts about fapping were there, they weren’t hard and I felt with a bunch of energy. It got difficult when I passed the month, the cravings were killing me and the lack of motivation was always there, therefore, I did it and I saw myself in the second month.

When I reached the second month, everything just fucked up, for the next 2-4 months also (they would be second, third, fourth, and some of the fifth) were bullshit. Everything was wrong, I felt an anxiety that I never felt in my life, mood changing, lack of motivation even for waking up, and a lot of things more. I even use to find myself crying in the bathroom, just because I was so stressed and anxious and I didn’t have anything else to release all of that tension, of course, the thing which released that tension was PMO.

That’s called FLATLINE, and I suffered a lot. I felt like a piece of garbage, but on my mind, I was sure that I was doing the correct thing, I was strong mentally, and I wasn’t giving up. Even though I use to cry a lot, I talked much more than I used to with myself, now I comprehend things about myself. One thing that impressed me the most was that I found I am a little dependent on sentimental relationships, and I’m working on it.

The last one, the sixth, was really calm, I still feel anxious and stressed, but are disappearing a little bit each day.

I’m really glad I can say I’ve done half a year of NoFap and here are the benefits and the problems I had to pass through:

BENEFITS:
– MORE ENERGY
– A BETTER RELATIONSHIP WITH MYSELF
– NEW IDEAS COMING OUT OF NOWHERE
– LESS ANXIOUS AND STRESSED
– A FEELING OF CONTROL OVER MY BRAIN AND BODY
– MORE SELF VALUE
– TO STOP SEXUALIZING WOMEN
– SEEING THE GOOD THINGS THAT HAPPEN IN LIFE
– HAPPIER
– ENJOYING THE LITTLE THINGS OF LIFE
– BETTER SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS
– MORE MUSCULAR, MORE HANDSOME, THICKER AND WITH A BETTER ERECTION
– TO KNOW ME BETTER

PROBLEMS:
– MOOD CHANGING
– IRRITABILITY
– HAIR LOSS
– IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DRAIN ALL THAT ENERGY IN SOMETHING, YOU’LL BE LIKE THE SUN, YOU’LL HAVE SO MANY ENERGY YOU CAN EVEN GET SICK.
– LONELINESS (THIS IS BECAUSE PMO IS A CURTAIN THAT BLOCKED HOW ALONE YOU ARE, AND THAT HITS HARD)
– ANXIOUS AND STRESSED
– OVERTHINKING
– THE SENSATION OF NEVER IS ENOUGH

I gotta say with all my heart and honesty, is not easy, but is gonna give you the tools to make good habits and do what you want to do. Of course, is not gonna give them to you, you must work hard to achieve your goals, but it helps, and also gives you a better and new perspective of life.
Thanks for reading me and, as always, take care.

Quote of the day:

“In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take”

Have an awesome day.
