My PIED was on the milder side, but it has always been around. I could not perform when I lost my virginity at the age of 17. Later on I had occasional hiccups in that relationship, but with that girl the PIED went away naturally after that. NoFap wasn’t a thing then, but I kept masturbation to a minimum.
Later in life when I met my second GF, I had more issues with PIED than before. I was watching porn and masturbating daily, but I had to stop in order to make that relationship work. It took 2-3 months to cure the PIED again.
Flatline can cause “dead-dick” symptoms. However it is very important part of the reboot and you just have to wait it out. NoFap will help to cure PIED eventually, but I still think that the required time depends on the severity of PIED and such. No average time exists.
