Just want to document my NoFap journey. I am on day 132 and despite regular urges I am still motivated.
Super powers are also amazing… laser focus, energy, attraction, confidence … even strangers approaching and wanted to interact.
It feels like people around are zombies … are they all fappers? Concretely … started several projects, got promoted and much more in just 132 days.
Is it placebo? Even if it is it works … I am not saying it is easy as urges are there all the time …
