Age 24 - Delayed ejaculation healed, even with many setbacks
"And when you want something all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it" - from The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
24 year old male, been jerking off daily to porn since I was 12
So I'm at 141 days according to my counter. And I might slip up in the future, but it really feels like PMO is not going to be a part of my life again.
I started my journey to cut out PMO something like a year ago, using this site under a different name. It was difficult to do this. Some days it still is. I don't know if it will ever be easy. But after this many days when I get an erection, My first thought is not that I need to jerk it off. I just realize it will go away, that it's not that big a deal.
Anyways, I only hooked up with one girl in this time, and having issues with delayed ejaculation and being super drunk, I couldn't come. But last weekend I had 4 dates, and had sex with two of them. I'm delighted to say I came in under two minutes in the first two orgasms, and in four minutes in the last two orgasms. I know I can build back my endurance, that was never an issue. They were both pretty happy with the sex, cause let's face it: most of us aren't rockstars in the sac, and they at least came during my four minute bangings haha.
But I guess the big thing for me has been that it's not about focusing on not masturbating or looking at porn anymore. I moved to a new city. I've essentially been on a couch for four months (still plenty of opportunities for PMO if I had wanted to 8)). I've been failing over and over. I've been trying again and again. I'm pursuing my life the way I want to, and getting closer to what that means when I can. I'm not just cutting down on PMO because I'm really focusing on cutting down on PMO. I'm cutting down on PMO because I am trying to be the best person I can be for my benefit and for society's. This includes not looking at porn or jerking off, and it's one of many things that are kind of falling into place all at once.
I really recommend you give The Alchemist a read if you're looking for some inspiration. It's a short book. The whole audiobook is usually on YouTube.
