Day 400 non-hard mode (Married)

Checking in. Day 400 non-hard mode (Married) As to how I got to Day 400, everyone is different and you will needto forge your own path. Best advice I can give you is the following: Have high standards for yourself and raise the bar. Don’t cut corners. Don’t pass the buck.

Drink lots of water. Exercise. Wear sunscreen. Fill your schedule with things to do (If you’re bored, it’s not full enough). Wear a wristwatch. Be on time.

I’m going to write a in depth report on Day 500 which I am in no doubt I can reach now.

I haven’t posted in a long time, not since Day 90 but I always read many of the new posts and people reporting their experiences, changes etc.

I do understand that the numbers and instances reported are not seen as scientific evidence because there’s no way to verify nor to quantify the information. I just wonder if the guys and gals down at /r/AskScience/ can help us with this? As in, how can we use the information reported in a meaningful way?

I know some of the posts are reported on the YBOP website (Great website) but I think we need to take it to the next level. Maybe this has already been discussed or done so do correct me if I’m wrong.

As the song goes, Don’t stop thinking about tomorrow….yesterday’s gone…

AT 90 DAYS

No Fap has basically changed everything for the better. Forget sex for a second, I can walk up to someone and have a meaningful conversation with them. I don’t mince my words anymore – I can look them in the eyes and tell them exactly what I think.
