So, according to the badge, it’s been a year; last time I PMO’ed was the 1st June 2013. I had made a 90 days reports before, and today I’d say I’m cured from every withdrawals and negative effects associated to porn. My reboot is complete.
I started with Hard mode, then switched to Extreme Mode : I decided to stop dating to focus on me. It was really hard, but I did it. I had to. I used to be craving a girlfriend. I used to be desperate. I couldn’t say no. I knew it wasn’t healthy to have girls as your goals, but yet I couldn’t stop myself from doing it.
Today, it’s all very different. I’m still not dating consciously. I’m focusing on me, for the first time of my life. If you want to change, you have to really look at your life, honestly. I stopped PMO and playing video-games, something I had never done when I was in the PUA community.

I’m still at Step 2 however, but I already had some good changes in my life.
Now, my next aim is for my birthday. It’ll mean I would have been through my 19 years PMO free. Then after that ? There is no going back to porn nor fantasies, I have to learn healthy masturbation. In fact :
Consider the logic:
● Until a Nice Guy can be sexual with himself without shame, he won’t be able to be sexual with another person without shame.
● Until a Nice Guy is comfortable giving pleasure to himself, he won’t be able to receive pleasure from someone else.
● Until a Nice Guy can take responsibility for his own arousal and pleasure when he is by himself, he won’t be able to take responsibility for his own arousal and pleasure when is with someone else.
● Until a Nice Guy can be sexual with himself without using pornography or fantasy to distract himself, he won’t be able to have sex with someone else without needing similar things to distract him.
