It feels really good to have accomplished [100 days]. Thanks a lot guys for helping me being focused on my goals. I’m 17. First, sorry for my English, I come from France. For the benefits, I think I’m more courageous and motivited to do activites, sport. So my self-confidence is better. I’m also more patient, tolerant and wiser.
Just after starting nofap, I did meditation every day and started a sport program. Overall I feel pretty good I’m my body.
I wanted to try nofap cause I felt dirty doing it, plus I heard the benefits. I wanted to have a new goal.
