Finally made it. Found out about NoFap last year around October, had many 2 or 3 week streaks, and one time a month. Set goal to hit 90 before new years and finally achieved it.
Haven’t been on this sub much during the streak, actually sold my desktop since wasn’t being too productive on it. Been reading and continuing working out. Have been able to hold better eye contact and feel more confident, get more attention from the ladies and just feel better overall.
Thanks to this great community and sub. Through it I found out about lean gains on the sidebar which led me to go from 280lb last Nov to my current 180lb. This is just the beginning but all I can say is don’t give up and keep with it, the important thing is taking the first step. Eventually u will get there!
