It has to be. Thanks NoFap. There’s no way I could have made this life change without you all. I am honestly in disbelief. It sounds corny, but I feel alive for the first time in years.
‘I was in such a dark place before I started this journey, I had all but given up on life. It’s scary to think about my state of mind during the time which fapping (to some messed up shit I might add) started to take an immense toll on me.
For once in my life, I stopped taking the easy way out. And it has made me realize so much. Yeah my life isn’t everything I want it to be yet.
But I am 20 years old and blessed. If I can do it, so can any of you who are out there and struggling. Don’t really know what else to say, just that I will definitely keep going with this and continue to improve myself.
