Well, it’s been over 100 days since stopping all sexual activity, and things are beginning to change. I just came out of a 2 or 3 month long libido flatline, which is encouraging, but actually more challenging than I thought it would be. On the positives: I’ve been getting consistent, very strong morning wood (and they say your size tends to shrink when you don’t use it for a while… Apparently not after 3 months!). My energy is up all around, and on the whole, my previous bouts of anxiety (social and general) are almost gone completely. I’m dreaming more, and my general IQ level seems to be higher than it was three months ago.

However, I now find myself craving women, sex and romance. Not such a bad thing, but for religious reasons, I want to keep the hard mode going as long as possible. It’s nice to see women getting more attractive overall though. I almost wonder if the time of the year and my individual hormone balance has anything to do with it?

Anyways, it’s back to the constant exercise, occasional cold showers and positive distractions for me. I’m just thankful that I learned some good habits through the benefits of the flatline period.

Anyone else ever get a libido boost around this time of the year?
