Hey guys. Just wanted to give you a quick report on how I'm doing! As you can tell, I'm pretty upbeat and happy. Why? Because It's like I am alive again. I've far exceeded my previous streak, and was even on the verge of relapsing, but I made it through. I've experienced these new important benefits which include this insane sense of creativity and desire to create starting to be born.

These two are important to me because before i started PMO, I used to have these two things.

For all of you who are struggling with your streaks, I know you can do it. I've felt miserable for 5 years, and to be able to feel this insane sense of euphoria is important. I don't want anyone else feeling the same way I have felt for the past 5 years.

Go for it! Don't give up! The road to your future will become more clear the more you abstain! Never give up!
