After 128 days, the only true benifit I’ve seen is more time (not just from [no] porn watching but also from [not] lusting after grils, thinking about grils, thinking about porn etc.).
It’s what you DO with the time that matters.
I was 13 when i started watching porn and never was too atached to it at any given point, have always been able to O by using my, ị mara. I’m 16 now, coming up on 17. Early on whenever I thought about it I would just read stephanwolf. Boring ass book so it trained my brain pretty quickly.
