Age 27 – Day 50, feeling awesome!!!

I can’t believe I made it to day 50. I’m no longer gloomy all the time, I rarely feel depressed, one can say that I’m emotionally stable. 40 days in, I lost my insomnia, and been sleeping like a dog, finally!!! Here’s what I’ve been doing so far:

1 – Avoid staying home as much as possible. Whenever an opportunity came to leave house I took it, I rarely turn down social events unless I have to.

2 – Spend some time with your family. I don’t know about you, but when I was PMOing I never wanted to hang out with people much, especially my family. Now I’m actually having fun bonding with them and making up for all the lost time these past years.

3 – The fucking GYM!!! It plays a huge part in overcoming PMO, you’ll have a huge sink to dump all the energy you have leaving just enough to go home, take a shower and cook a good healthy meal. I’m telling you, just thinking about PMO will feel exhausting, and instead you’ll be fantasizing about goin to bed.

4 – Pick up a hobby. Find something that you’re passionate about and practice it whenever you have the time. I started picking up my old guitar, practicing and improving my playing skills. That feeling you get when you’re finally able to reproduce some of some of your favourite songs is indescribable.

I hope that these points can help you out as much as they helped me. If I got some new advise, I’ll make sure to share it you guys.

I’m 27 yo, I’ve been PMOing since I was 14, so about 13 years. I decided to quite because PMO was keeping me from my full potential, it was dragging me down, keeping me depressed,  hopeless, with no ambition.

You’ll understand what I’m talking about when you stop for atleast 2 weeks, you’ll feel the changes and will free up a lot of your time to do something beneficial for yourself and others.
