252 days – It gets easier and easier, takes up less of your thoughts as you start to enjoy life and better things come in

Once you break past it, no fap is just a part of your lifestyle. I relapsed a number of times, hit 30 and relapsed. Hit 120 and relapsed. This time around I think I stopped paying attention to the counter around day 90, had a psychic change, no need to worry, felt no need or desire to fap.

It gets easier and easier, takes up less of your thought life as you start to enjoy life and better things come in.

I didn’t get a good night’s sleep last night, and while I was doing my work this morning, the thought of watching porn came to mind. How a nice pair of big ol titties might just be what I need to wake up. Funny. I still get those thoughts, but it’s just a thought. I came here instead, and was quite surprised by my counter. I had to double check and make sure I reset it the last time I relapsed, I’d never been the 200s before, and it must be a mistake. Nope, that’s right, 7 months fap free.

As I write this, I have a natural high. One that comes after 252 days of nofap, knowing that I actually did it, I put all those days together.

The best part, I get to come back to this forum and share my experience. I could do it, so can you.
