90 days huh? It’s been quite a bit of a journey. The journey that changed my behavior completely. Realizing that this was a problem was the best possible thing I did for myself.
I learnt a lot about myself, Found the goals that I want to achieve and still to this day I’m trying my best. As a 14 years old guy, I’m glad that this habit is under control now. I don’t thing it’s bad to masturbate, but breaking the limit is never a good decision, rather. You should accept the feelings that you have. I realized that it’s useless to fap, it’s NOT going to change anything whatsoever, you’ll just get empty inside.
I’ve changed my perspective against women, I don’t see them as sex objects anymore. They’re lovely, awesome in so many different ways though I still have to learn a lot.
Remember guys, this journey never ends. It’s how it suppose to be! Let’s destroy this habit and live the life how it needs to be like. Stay strong fellas and good luck!
