I’m 17 and I’ve been doing this for nearly 2 years now. This is my second time getting to 90 days and you definitely feel better. My friends may think it’s stupid but I’m certainly glad I chose to start.
In my personal experience a lot of this is subconscious. I know a lot of other people feel the benefits but with me I would only realise what I had gained once I relapsed and felt “normal”. On the streak like now, I feel a lot less tired, I can concentrate more and I’m just more aware. I reckon the extra testosterone also does a lot behind the scenes…

[Advice] It is hard but whenever you feel like you want to relapse I think about it logically. Yeah sure it will be good a few seconds after but is it worth it? Remember what it feels like a few minutes after? You’ve lost your whole streak, you mind and body go back to 0, and you start again. For what? Nothing. Or you can take your mind off it and carry on being a boss.
