I’ve been on the the NOFAP path for 10 days. And I’ve been no PMO hard mode! Anyway I have always had trouble keeping an erection or just being aroused. Typically I think I had PIED and PE, but tonight I had sex with this great girl. I lasted so long, and didn’t even cum.
So I still keep no PMO and I probably lasted 20 minutes. NOFAP is changing my life severely!!! Thank you bros. I feel so alpha; but I also know that self control and getting a grip on life is the key.
