Day 58: Every day my Dad tells me how happy he is now that I’m always so happy. I’m 10 times the man I was 2 months ago and my sister says my skin is glowing. I’m 19M, I have zero social anxiety, I can face up to my problems and tackle them head on.
I used porn for 7 and a half years. 11-18 and a half years old.
Now, I have no social anxiety. I am totally out of my head. I have the balls to face up to my problems and sort them out.
I always tell people to stay away from the method of getting pumped up to try and beat PMO addiction. Just be humble, acknowledge that you, like all of us, are an addict to this vile addiction and never get to far ahead of yourself. Never proclaim success before you have it because then your brain will stop fighting for it.
Personally I attribute it all to NoFap. 2 wet dreams so far.
