I’m on my 112th day of hard mode, and this night I finally had a dream, not a wet dream, where I was having joyful sex.
Before of that, on the 83th day I wrote a post about losing hope, because after almost 3 months, I still had dreamed about watching some fkn porn.
I think these days are over, and I’m about to fully recover! 🙂 So, remember folks, however hopeless the situation might look like, just continue and the time will come.

There are a lot of other benefits. I feel that I have progressed more in the last year, than in the last 10 years. For example: better physics, self-awareness, mental state, social status – everything improved actually. I mean better physical shape.
I used to watch porn since I was about 12 years old. I already wanted to stop when I was 15, but I gave up after few days back then – I didn’t know anything about how it works and stuff. So already then I knew it was bad for me.
Porn was a destroying addiction that made me isolated from the rest of the society. I didn’t strive to have a girlfriend, and just stayed in my comfort zone all the time.
