Without your posts, experiences and support I would never have made it. Prior to finishing 90 days I used to be a PMO addict. Used to go to my school bathroom and jerk it then go back to class. It was a disgusting feeling and it made me weird. I always wondered why I was awkward with women.
All my friends (including girls) would tell me how good looking and manly I looked but when I would interact I would have a feminine like shyness and it came off as awkward. I had no idea why I behaved like this but thank God NoFap helped me find the solution.
The first time I began abstaining from PMO I lasted about a week. I couldn’t believe the incredible benefites. My next streak I lasted around 50 days. During that time the awkwardness with women faded and I quickly got a girlfriend. She was one of the most beautiful girls I’ve ever seen. She was Lebanese and all the guys wanted her but for some reason she was highly attracted to me, even before I spoke to her. I know it’s sad but that’s the kind if grip PMO had on me.
NoFap has brought nothing but happiness, power, energy and most of all clarity. I would enjoy the most simple things and loved the company of others vs when I was pmoing I would sit in bed all day. 90 days is the right amounts of days it takes to fully benefit from NoFap and gain super powers. I’m passionate about my current job, education and life in general. I feel like a real man. It would take me days to list all the benefits I feel as a result of NoFap so I will suggest u try it for urself and feel what a legen…wait for it…dary.
P.s. While and before doing this I was always under the impression that ejaculating was necessary and healthy. It’s true that it’s important for ur body to clean itself and get rid of the extra semen, but ur body is not stupid it will rid it throughout wet dreams or nocturnal ejaculation. For me these were the best nights because the following day I would feel clean and pure.
