It took me like 4 months to recover from PIED ~ with some relapses (like 4 in total) and a partner. I’m 21. I would PMO 2 times a day since 13, with a lot of edging to different videos.
PIED didn’t hit me until around like a month 1/2 into the relationship though (a month after stopping porn and was having sex daily, i knew something was wrong because my erection was so much stronger when i watched porn than with my partner and i’ve experienced this in the past but was never having sex daily so just ignored it).
At that point i didn’t know my ED was from all the porn i was frying my brain with. I thought there was something wrong with me.
