Age 22 – A great transition to adulthood

Age.22.kjhgfds.PNG

I just reached 100 days. The best 100 days of my life so far in many aspects. More energy, more time, more productive. Definitely more calm. Made better decisions. Had better willpower on everything. Have been more logical as a person.

I’ve been working on my startup with unprecedented focus and going to the gym with 100% discipline.

I’m glad I’ve quit a bad habit – porn was an escape from problems. Now I face them. It’s not always easy, but at least I don’t run away from them.

To make this more objective: No, quitting PMO wouldn’t magically make your life better. It simply takes away the bad mental habits and preserves more of your time and energy so you can focus on what matters.

I feel more calm, more confident, more logical and so much more in control. I’ve grown as a person. Escaping from problems with PMO, especially P&M, was something of the past.

I’m also just 22. I think it’s a great transition to adulthood. I highly encourage anyone of my age to make the transition. And for everyone here – You can make it. You’ve got this. I believe in you.
