Age 23 – Porn-induced ED cured. It’s so nice to speak, man to woman, and to build relationships

A quarter of a year, wow! It can be done. Never give up people! That said, I’m still feeling massive urges. I have to battle myself daily not to give in. My latest mind trick is “you’ve hit 90 days, you can do it! Just have one binge and then you’ll be fine.” This is lies and deceit. Do not listen. When you feel yourself wandering from the track, remind yourself why you were on it.

Here’s some examples:

  1. Curing PIED. I would say my erection quality has definitely improved. I gain morning erections more frequently now as well as random erections throughout the day. Also, as an unrelated aside, my penis seems to look larger and healthier. Probably because it’s not getting abused every day. A nice bonus.
  2. Porn is vile. Let’s face it, watching women get violated by fat, bald men is disgusting. It’s pathetic. What’s even more pathetic is sitting there beating off watching some fat bald man violate a beautiful woman. Just stop that shit right now.
  3. Take back control of your mind and urges. I know we live in the 21st century and instant gratification is at our fingertips, but that doesn’t mean we should use it. Porn gives a very unhealthy, warped view of sex. Your experiences with a real women will very rarely, if ever, live up to porn’s expectations. Fetishes are all well and good, but indulging them to unhealthy levels only makes them worse over time and you’ll find yourself progressing to harder material.
  4. Watching porn takes time away from building actual relationships and living a healthy lifestyle. When you aren’t gratifying yourself with women getting violated, you feel more compelled to go out and speak to actual, non-pixellated women. I can personally vouch for this – I’ve been on a few dates in the past few months. It’s so nice to speak, man to woman, and to build relationships. So much better than clicking “next video”, that’s for sure.

If I can do it, you can too ladies and gentlemen. I’ve watched porn since I was about 11 or 12 and I’m now 23 year old loser. Watched porn for years, haven’t had a serious girlfriend in years, no job. However, since giving up porn I’ve been on dates, took up some new hobbies, enrolled on an English teaching course to teach English abroad and, to be honest, I just feel cleaner. The dirty cloud of disgusting porn isn’t hanging over me. Going pornfree has gave me the confidence to say this: I’m an intelligent, decent looking, well-mannered guy who wants to achieve something in life.

I challenge everyone who reads this to say something positive about yourself and give a reason why you’re going pornfree. We all deserve better than the ugly embrace of pornography!
