I’m not sure if I could have done this when I was younger. I really don’t know. Prior to my 30s, I don’t think I had ever gone more than a couple days with masturbating, except for some rare circumstances where I didn’t have privacy. I once went about 28 days or so due to a long camping trip when I was about 19, but that’s it.
Low libido was a contributing factor that brought me here. I definitely have restored confidence in my libido now – I wake up with an erection, which wasn’t so common prior to NoFap.
By the way, I’m mostly doing hard mode, with maybe three acts of sex within the first 30 days.
