I want you guys to create a list. Create a list of different negative things porn does to you and your life. I really need this kick in the ass because I fell back into the addiction. This fuckin’ addiction, It’s really like a drug.
I’ll start:
- I got the numbness back, It’s like I’m walking in a dream. I feel like a living dead.
- I have little to no energy.
- I have much less confidence.
- I feel like a looser.
- I don’t have any motivation.
- I can’t look people in the eyes with confidence.
- The world seems thin and without purpose.
Please, write down some hard truths for me. I need a good yelling.
