Long time lurker here on nofap, and I created an account just to post this experience.
First things first, I failed so many times before I was able to achieve 90 days. I tried for 3 years. I thought I’d never succeed.
Something about nofap, it that it’s definitely the journey and not the destination as much as that sounds corny. I grew more than what you can imagine throughout this journey.
I went from a first-semester college GPA of 3.2 to a college GPA of 3.7 nearly graduating.
I started new hobbies like sharpeners and helped with a website centered around it.
I figured out how I could live without nihilistic views.
I’m sure that anyone else who goes through this journey will become a better, less insecure, and more disciplined. There are so many advantages, if you’re only willing to fail countless times.
