I’m 17. Symptoms that caused me to try to quit are escalation of content , the realization that I’ve leaned on PMO for stress relief despite it actually doing the opposite in the long term, and also I began to understand that PMO had a huge impact on a (failed) relationship I had.
I’m working through a lot of things right now, and attempting to quit PMO has brought up a lot of past issues and stuff. For that reason, I often find it difficult to see clear benefits, but when I am outside my head and not fixated on the past I certainly feel more confident, more motivated and more inspired in general.
