Age 17 – The past five months have been the most productive of my life

People here always talk about “Superpowers” But the truth is that that’s really the way you are, and your PMO habits are just suppressing it. The past five months have been the most productive of my life. I’ve started to write a book, experienced confidence like I’ve never had before, started having energy I didn’t even know it was possible for me to have…

I already had a girlfriend, but our relationship is stronger than ever, and next month we’re getting married! It’s all thanks to nofap ! I can’t believe there are still people that think PMO is good for you, especially after this great experiment.

I finally made it 120 days on nofap. I didn’t think I could do it at first, but here I am, almost five months later. With this experience in the forefront of my mind, I can say without a doubt that  everybody should just STOP PMO. It’s an addiction, it fuels depression and anxiety, and ruins your life. Here’s to 120 more !

UPDATE – 180 day streak report

Best 180 days of my life, tbh. Although I’ve been diagnosed with moderate OCD and depression, I feel like nofap has really helped me turn my life around. Before I did this, I was never aware of the extent that PMO was hurting me.

I had the normal things, like brain fog, fatigue, etc. But I also had another long list of symptoms hurting me, like loss of focus, headaches, body pains, and restlessness. I’m only 17, and in the past 6 months I’ve brought my grades up, got a job, got my college apps turned in, and make extreme progress on my mental state. I’ve become so much more motivated and energized, overall.

But now I’m stumbling. I’ve come close to PMO the past few days, but I’m determined to stay strong. It’s worth it. Give me strength, brothers!
