I actually have a life, I have a job, I’m going to college, I have a girlfriend that I love, I’m learning new things. I don’t spend all my time on the internet or my phone. I even have my own Amazon Prime account. I got off my dads. I’m going to Chicago and getting food with some old friends from high school in a few days. Get off your ass, this shit is fun.
I spent all my time on porn, so going on NoFap made me get off my ass and do stuff.
For some reason John Steinbeck’s “Grapes of Wrath” got me really motivated to get stuff done and do some work, I started going to the gym about 5 days a week, bought a good acoustic guitar to spend a lot of my free time, also a harmonica to mess around with, meditation and for some reason managing my money and seeing where I’m spending it.
It’s hard to see $100 dollars go to porn when you’re making the money yourself, I can barely spend $10 on something I need without feeling the hit.
