Finally hit the 90 day mark but will continue to live without porn as long as I can, fighting the urge of this addiction everyday. This is the best I have felt for a long time. Be strong not to look at all social media like Instagram, Facebook, when you find yourself looking at hot girls just stop! Delete all dating apps, tinder etc. Focus on not thinking about women and focus on yourself, how you can make yourself better in all aspects of your life. You won’t think about porn most days. Keep busy, read books, exercise, develop a love for cooking good healthy food. Get rid of your fixed mindset and learn about the growth mindset. Like any addiction, you will get urges everday. They pass after 5 mins. Dont play with your dick, dont edge. Dont make yourself horny for no reason. I masturbate about once every month with my imagination and feels even better than PMO.
