It’s been a while since I quit porn ( about 2 years) and the benefits have been unparamounted!
Since I quiet porn I have become more productive, I have accomplished so much in so many aspects of my life, stopped thinking of myself of being dirty and disgusting, therefore it has giving me a higher and stronger self-esteem.
Still cannot believe the precious time of my life I wasted in such degrading, unrealistic and disruptive behavior.
