Before I started nofap I was shy, unproductive, and I was never seen as very attractive. After being a part of this community for a while I have improved my life so much. I now have a lovely girlfriend, I feel much better about myself, and I have started putting a lot more effort into everything I do.
Anyone thinking about relapsing should keep holding back the urges no matter what, life will get so much better with time.
