I was a hardcore masturbator too . I used to do it 2-4 times everyday for 3 years continuously. I used to sleep 8-10 hours and still get up tired . After 2 months I slept for 6 hours and woke up absolute fresh. My memory capacity increased. I became more productive.
My hairs stated to grow faster again. My face was glowing. I was thousands time positive.
