Age 32 – Everything around me, as well as myself, has changed for the better

Reading different posts and stories over the year but they have all been motivational, and I’d like to thank NoFap and everyone who posted.

My no PMO journey started back on July 5th of this year and here I am now 100 days free from it. It’s been ton of streaks I have had since joining NoFap (July 24, 2019) but none have came close to 100 days. I had multiple 4 day streaks. 15 day streaks. 22 days and so on where I didn’t relapse, but I could never get to the first phase of completing my goal which was 1 month (30 days). I just never gave up and stayed positive, and optimistic that I will beat this addiction. I have successfully completed phase 3 towards my reboot goal of 3 months (90 days) and I’m turning this into a lifestyle.

I don’t want to say I’m completely healed from this addiction, but everything around me and for me myself have changed for the better. The urges and thoughts come and go at times, but they’re no where as bad as they used to be. I’m a more positive upbeat person. I’ve developed a more positive mindset. I hold conversations better with people. I have ton of energy and I’m more wiser. Just to name a few of the benefits I have gained. I see the world and people differently now and I’m very thankful for that.

If anyone has any questions I would be glad to answer them. I just want y’all out there who’s struggling with this addiction to never give up! It’s ok to relapse it’s going to be trial and error. If you don’t succeed start over and try again. It’s a process and life is a journey. You can do it. I thought I couldn’t and hey look at me now.
