100 days and going strong. I feel great. 28 yrs of [PMO] nearly every day, but with the support of this group, something clicked and I was able to stop. My mind is clearer, confidence greater, and my relationship with my wife is significantly better.
I used an app called Habits to track. It helped a lot after I had my longest streak (5 days) I found that I just couldn’t break that streak. I used the app for months going 2-3 days at a time.
But for some reason, once I beat that longest streak I decided never to go back. I was also able to tell myself “you’re not that person”. Keep it up everyone it can be challenging, but it gets easier.
