PIED gone – After 2 years of on & off relapsing….I realized that even though I had relapsed I still had made progress.

Because of what i was doing in between relapses. I was in the gym 4 times a week, doing yoga, taking vitamins and forcing myself to go out with friends.

All of which I used as a coping mechanism for my Porn-induced ED that left multiple girls hurt and confused. In the last month I honestly tried to relapse and was absolutely appalled and disgusted by porn. I couldn’t get aroused to save my life and this is when I knew things h I’d changed….

Radiating in all this new testosterone I made a plans with a girl I’d known for a while and couldn’t hide my boner from the initial hug…. we hooked up the same day with no problem.

No fap works when you’re CONSTANTLY WORKING ON IMPROVING yourself… since then I haven’t had the slightest urge to look back.
