90 days – Here are the only 2 posts you need to read. (ED)

Hi all,

Instead of boring you with the usual backstory and all the benefits I’ve gained I’m going to keep it short and sweet.

Here are the only 2 posts you need to read.

The first is one I wrote a month ago in which I go in depth about finding your instrinsic motivator. If you do it right, it’s all you need -> http://www.reddit.com/r/NoFap/comments/2iaguj/nofap_is_easy_this_is_the_only_post_youll_have_to/

However, I realise that it can be a tough journey, and so for your moments of weakness I highly recommend this post I stumbled upon yesterday -> http://www.reddit.com/r/NoFap/comments/2km5lu/my_personal_panic_button/

Good luck!

COMMENTS FROM THIS POST

I didn’t want to give you my sob story because I felt it would take away from my overall message and seem like another generic post.

I had all the classics symptoms – porn induced ED, social anxiety, I felt numb and depressed and had no energy whatsoever.

I’m still not 100% just yet but my whole mindset has shifted, and already I’m seeing the benefits. I feel again. It’s not all good emotions but to just feel something .. good or bad means everything to me, I feel alive again, in control of my life.

So I’m sorry but to say that I wasn’t addicted is a bit of an insult. Maybe you haven’t found your single motivator, maybe some people don’t have one, I don’t know. All I know is that when I found mine, I realised it instantly and something just clicked in my brain. I’m fighting this bastard.

I’m literally at this exact point! I started noporn on the 1st of this month, then nofap on the 7th and I’m amazed at the difference already!

I wouldn’t call it superpowers but I’m the best version of myself, just more confident and witty, like the old me before I became addicted.

NoFap is so much more than not masturbating. If you can take control of your mind and your body not only do you show an incredible level of self-discipline but you can also achieve anything. Your ability to fight resistance (that voice inside your head that says you can’t do something, or tells you to give up) increases tenfold.

Already I’ve learned so much from NoFap. I’ve faced my deepest fears and I’ve developed a relentless work ethic which I can apply to other areas in my life. That is priceless.

Life is about stepping outside your comfort zone, and NoFap enables you to do just that.
