It’s been just over 3 months now since I last viewed porn, and still going strong. I don’t even get the urge anymore to search for it nor do I get flashbacks of porn scenes. My brain is almost back to normal now. Just gotta keep it up.
Stay strong fellas and remember to keep busy. Occupy your mind with productive materials.

Yeah something similar happened to me quite a while back. I always used to get agitated in nearly every situation. It got to a point where I couldn’t even look girls in the eye. I even began isolating myself from close friends. I was always depressed and over thinking. I began reviewing my life, trying to find out the root of the problem. Here’s what I found:
1) I was very overweight..this had a significant impact of my self image and self esteem. There were times I’d walk past a shop and wouldn’t even dare look at the shop window cause I knew it would depress me more. My dress sense was pretty terrible too which didn’t help in the slightest.
2)I found out that I was addicted to porn. I’d turn to porn whenever something didn’t go right or when I felt under the weather for some reason. I started losing my erections around 2011. I used to be the kind of guy that would get an instant erection whenever I saw a girl I liked. Even the slightest touch could trigger an erection. Once ED kicked in, I lost all that.
3)I was a yes man, always trying to please people. I found it hard to say no to people. Because of this I was always left in resentment.
Here’s how I began to change my life…..
1) I got myself a gym membership and began training my ass off 3 times a week, with the aid of my friend. The first few sessions were nerve racking for me but I slowly got in tune with the environment and the people. I began relearning how to socialise with people. Things were looking up.
2)I began reciting daily affirmations and EFT. Check out Brad Yates’s channel on YouTube. That will definitely get your mind in the right frame.
3)I started making small talk with people on the street. Girls included. This really boosted my self confidence. Even saying something as little as “Hi, have you got the time”..is better than nothing.
4)Got my first proper job and socialised with a whole lot of people. This did wonders for my confidence and self esteem.
5)Took up insanity, boxing and juice fasting. I started losing weight and building muscle at the same time.
To summarise: Just start small. I urge you to get a gym membership. Hit the weights like a BEAST and train HEAVY. I’m talking big boy workouts like squats, bench press, deadlifts etc. The benefits are truly rewarding and your outlook on life will change in a short period of time.
Let go of any negative feelings you’re currently holding against yourself or anyone. Live in the moment. FORGIVE those who’ve wronged you or hurt you. A wise man once said “Holding on to anger is like grasping on to hot coal, with the intent of throwing it as someone else; you’re the one who gets burned”.
Read motivational books such as “The power of positive thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale.
Get closer to God. Find a good church. Not one of those ones that want you to hand over all your life savings lol.
SMILE
Quit porn/Masturbation.
Good luck on your journey. Hope this helps
