18y/o male here. I’ve done 90 days, what an accomplishment!
I feel so much more confident and close to girls. I feel as if I am really connecting with them. I have noticed that a few girls in my friend group have developed feelings for me, but being 18 and most of them 16, I have sort of brushed them off.
I have learned to be the fun, flirty guy with EVERYONE. Guy friends, girl friends, girls I don’t like, girls I do like, girls who don’t like me, girls who do like me. Everyone likes to be around this kind of person, and I can really feel it. It’s really nice to be appreciated like this.
I have started exercising regularly, running 2-3 times a week and lifting. I am becoming stronger and gaining muscle.
The only thing that really irritates me while on NoFap is the wet dreams. I feel guilty that they happen, but I can’t control them. It ruins my underwear and I have to change my sheets more often. It’s just really annoying.
