19 male PMO daily+ for 4 years ish. Day 50 urges subsided barely on my mind except for one big attempt by my brain every few days to get me to relapse. Productivity steadily increased. Now keep a time journal which I write in every few hours detail in what I’ve done want to do since last entry and before next.
Quit computer games for a month now. Also barely watch TV shows any more except a couple favourites airing now ( so only an episode for each a week).
Studying has become much more enjoyable (I study chemistry) and also noticed a shift from only liking novels to liking a mix of novels and non-fiction books.
My mood is great, feel positive and hopeful for future. Exercising regularly both weights and cardio, and finding it much easier to maintain a healthy diet. Dropped from 92kg to 89.8kg mainly body fat loss.
I started Nofap as a sceptic, 10 days in no longer doubted I had a problem and now at 50 am so thankful I found nofap.
Stay strong keep pushing. Things won’t get better, no they will not, unless someone like you cares a whole lot (-lorax) . Start making the changes you want to see in yourself don’t wait for them to happen.
