I’m only 19 years old and I’ve been PMOing since I was around 12, often several times a day. Throughout high school I was never able to get it up but I never realized there was a problem until college.
My freshman year I was trying to lose my virginity over and over with this one girl and it just couldn’t happen. I thought I was a strange case of normal ED at 18 years old, did some research and eventually stumbled upon this subreddit and similar sources and realized I had PIED.
I began to try and reboot, rarely relapsing but occasionally masturbating about once a week. Eventually, I began to have morning wood again and a few decent sexual encounters (hard for oral and semi-hard for sex). However, after that I began to look at a little bit of porn again and now every time I try to have sex I am flaccid. I have been PMO free for one month and yesterday I tried to have sex for the first time with a girl I really like and I wasn’t able to! Will I ever recover again?! I know this time I will never PMO again for as long as I live, but I really want to be able to satisfy this girl :/ I don’t even get morning wood anymore! Any and all feedback would be much appreciated!
