100 days at New Year’s Eve… I made it.. This is something I can be proud of. Now, I still feel urges every once in a while, so I believe I’m still not there yet. That means I am going to not fap until 31-12-2015!
Though, I feel much more confident about quitting now, and I feel like I can make it! I have much more control over my urges, and I feel less hindered by my addicted brain, and I am more free in expressing myself, more confident, and less precautious. The change is not huge, but I feel different. In a positive way. 🙂
