I’m going to keep this short because many of the 90 day reports repeat themselves for the benefits. Since Nofap, I have started taking cold showers daily and also started a meditation program.
The biggest reason why I started this journey was because 2 years ago, I moved to a new city. I didn’t know anyone and I was starting a new job that often pushed me out of my comfort zone. For the first time in my life I started getting intense ANXIETY. This had never happened to me before. It became more and more frequent. On the metro, at work, with my friends and even while being with my family. I would get these anxiety attacks where I felt like everyone around me was in my head and I was crumbling on the inside, it felt like death. It’s hard to explain, but it was ruining my life. People constantly told me I looked tired when I would get 8 hours of sleep per night. I didn’t get it, I was eating healthy and exercising daily.
At this stage of my life I would PMO about once a day and always thought it was a healthy activity. I started looking online for ways to improve myself and read an article on Bold and Determined explaining the effects of PMO. I was willing to try anything…
It has taken me almost 2 years to complete 90 days, but I finally made it. The biggest reason why no-fap is worth it for me is because my anxiety attacks are gone. All of the other benefits mentioned in other posts are there too. But because my anxiety is gone, I can live a normal life again…and that my friends is better than any super power.
