Everything that was missing in my life 103 days ago, is finally coming full circle.

When I woke up on New Years Day, I was lying next to my dream girl after an amazing night of partying with good friends and a crazy night in bed with her. She’s incredibly hot, nice, understanding, unassuming and she’s graduating in the spring from an Ivy League school.

I don’t go to an Ivy League school, but I do go to a very respected university and will also graduate this coming May. This past semester was the most challenging academic stretch of my entire life, and if not for the self-discipline and willpower, along with the chemical changes my body has gone through with NoFap I wouldn’t be where I am today.

I have also transformed my physical body, losing a significant amount of body fat and putting on more muscle than I’ve ever had in my life thanks to an intense running and push-up regimen I have followed religiously over the past few months. There is no question that the added testosterone and increased physical energy I’ve gotten from a long-stretch of hardmode has led to my fitness breakthroughs.

Everything that was missing in my life 103 days ago, all the things that I hoped to achieve during this personal journey, is finally coming full circle. Granted, there are many factors and motivations beyond simply no PMO in all this time, but NoFap has been the foundation of my success.

Yes, I had a very good life before I started this particular streak, but I set some separate goals for myself along with the 90 day challenge that have made the experience all the more fulfilling.

For all the NoFap doubters and haters, who want to tell you guys that this is placebo or even HARMFUL (!!! this post in particular really pissed me off, along with the 100+ people who upvoted it: http://www.reddit.com/r/NoFap/comments/1txvhu/the_nofap_delusion_and_why_nofap_is_harmful_to_you/ )

People like that are full of shit and I GUARANTEE have never completed an honest-to-God 90 day challenge. The favorite word that haters like to use is “pseudo-science” which to me is so laughable. Some people seem to think that “science” is only done by people in white lab coats in some lab somewhere. When in reality, science is the study of the world by collecting a certain amount of data to prove or disprove a hypothesis.

Go through Gary Wilson’s YBOP, and go through r/NoFap and all the other sites out there, and even look at some conventional science like the studies that have looked at testosterone levels after periods of abstaining from orgasm, and there is TONS of anecdotal and real-life evidence showing the good things that come from NoFap.

For those that I’ve seen go as far to say NoFap is even HARMFUL, go ask any doctor in the world, tell them you’re going to go 90 days with jerking off, and they’ll tell you “Go right ahead.” There is nothing harmful about it guys, physically or mentally.

Having completed the 90 day challenge and then some, I am here to tell you that it will change your life, if you allow it to by doing it without any shortcuts. I’ve gone from being a mostly impotent, underachieving Beta male with a slowly-disintegrating social, romantic and athletic life, to really starting to become the person I’ve always wanted to be.

Fuck the haters, and God bless this community and all the wisdom and support I’ve received on here. Happy new year everyone!
