Is this common/what happens? NoFap corrected my PIED and I foolishly relapsed while the SO was out of town. I’m worried when she comes back I’m gonna be messed up again even though it was one time. Justified or paranoid? I can’t explain it but something does feel “off” down there, but it’s probably just that she’s out of town and I can’t properly test it. I was relieved to have some wood the past few mornings though (but not even a sign throughout the day). Anyway, I’m kinda rambling so any help, advice, thoughts, or experiences would be appreciated.
