COMMENTS: What this shows is that rats like to gamble, so it’s a evolutionary advantage to gamble. It also shows that near misses can heightened dopamine response. As stated, if gambling can alter our limbic brains, then porn certainly can. It is also a reminder that we share basic limbic functions with our mammal cousins.
