I had to share C's reboot story with you. C is 30 years old and wrote to me about 3 months ago. He told me how, for the past few years, he couldn’t get an erection with a girl because of his PIED and anxiety. And that his erections with his fiancée were literally non-existent.

We all need inspiration sometimes: a kick in the butt to get moving, or that piece of very painful (but true) advice that helps you move past what you thought were your limits. Here are 5 great quotes that hope to do just that…

Kicking a bad habit is utterly satisfying and empowering, but it takes work, and often it’s the first few days that prove to be the greatest challenge.

A relapse can be more difficult to deal with than quitting PMO in the first place. Generally, if you quit, it’s because you’ve made up your mind, you’ve got inspiration and motivation backing your choice. However, a relapse can sneak up on you and before you know it, you’re right back to the start.

“I have Porn induced ED. How long will my reboot take?” This is maybe the most common question I get in emails and blog comments. And I understand why: you want to know what to expect.
While some guys with mild cases of porn-induced ED can reboot within 3-6 weeks of no PMO (no porn, masturbation, or orgasm), for others it can take up to 4 months. And in some extreme cases, it may take up to a year or more to fully recover.

Some guys with porn-induced ED experience a full recovery in a matter of weeks or months abstaining from PMO. But for other guys, the story doesn’t end there. Because of the negative reference experiences from their time with PIED, some guys will experience a lot of anxiety about sex and “performing”.

My name is Brian and I was addicted to porn from the age of 14 to 27. That’s 13 years and a whole lot of porn watching. Because of my porn habit, at various times in my life I experienced terrible porn-induced ED and sexual anxiety.
