Abstract

INTSHAYELELO:

Ukuphazamiseka kwemidlalo kwi-Intanethi (IGD) kukuziphatha okutsha okunefuthe elinempembelelo emzimbeni, engqondweni nasentlalweni kwezempilo ngenxa yokudlala i-Intanethi. Olunye uhlobo lonyango olunamandla lwe-IGD yinkampu yokuhlala yonyango (i-TRC), equka iintlobo ezininzi zonyango, kubandakanya unyango lwengqondo, unyango lweengqondo kunye nonyango lokuziphatha. I-TRC yaphuhliswa eMzantsi Korea kwaye sele ilawulwa kwizigulana ezininzi ezine-IGD; nangona kunjalo, ukusebenza kwayo kwamanye amazwe kuhlala kungaziwa.
