Abstract
Ukubukela iphonografi kwi-Intanethi kuxhaphakile phakathi kwamadoda akwiminyaka yasekholejini, kodwa akucaci ukuba ngaba ukubukela okunjalo kuyingxaki kubani. Inkqubo enye enokuthi ichaze ukuba ukubukela kuyingxaki na kukuphepha amava: ukufuna ukunciphisa imo, ukuphindaphinda, okanye ubuntununtunu bemeko bamava abucala naxa ukwenza njalo kubangela ingozi yokuziphatha. Uphononongo lwangoku luvavanye ubudlelwane bokubukela iphonografi kwi-Intanethi kunye nokuphepha amava kuluhlu lweengxaki zengqondo (psychosocial)ukudakumba, ixhala, uxinzelelo, ukusebenza kwentlalo, kunye neengxaki ezinxulumene nokubukela) ngokusebenzisa uphando olucandekileyo lwe-intanethi olwenziwe ngesampulu engeyiyo yeklinikhi yamadoda angama-157 ekholejini. Iziphumo zibonise ukuba ukubonwa rhoqo kwakunxulumene kakhulu kuguquko lwengqondo nganye, kangangokuba ukujongwa okungakumbi kwakunxulumene neengxaki ezinkulu.
